Weather Differences.... Dry + Cold...

The weather here is really dry.... suffering from a slight problem of chapped lips. Even my face is not spared! My usually oily face... still feels dry during mid afternoon. Its barely Autumn yet.... seems like i will need a moisturizer, and plenty of lip balm in winter...
